Maui Kombucha is a hidden treasure in Up Country Maui. A treasure that can only be hidden so long, as their Raw Food deli sells out daily, and their catering services are to found at more and more Maui events! Maui Kombucha is both a Kombucha alchemy laboratory, as well as a raw foods deli, specializing in lunch and desert items.
The lunch specials vary daily, with such items as raw falafel, hummus, lasagna, taquitos and many more. Raw sandwiches are an almost daily item. The desert menu is an outrageous blend of synergistic fruits, raw coconut and/or cacao/chocolate. The Hawaiian Toast is by far the local favorite, consisting of a flax, coconut and banana "bread" toast, raw fresh almond butter, fresh coconut cream, fresh bananas and acai'.
One word; Heaven!
